The farmhouse is located 10 km from Orvieto in Sala, a small fraction of the municipality of Ficulle, known throughout the world for the famous wine of its homonymous castle. Reachable by a road that skims the property with a completely asphalted path and therefore easy to access. Located about halfway from Rome and Florence, thanks to the motorway and railway network of Fabro on the north side and Allerona-Orvieto on the south side, just a few kilometers away. Cetona, San Casciano, Città della Pieve are about 30/45 minutes away. International airports 60/90 minutes.
