This ancient manor has to be renovated and is surrounded by a 45000 square meters land: "La Braida" was joined to the Strevi feud and followed its history, up to the abolition of feudalism in PIedmont (July, 29, 1797) , belonging to the families that were the owners along the centuries. The beautiful 550mq villa, that reminds in the shape and inside the so called "cubo genovese"- or "cubo alessiano", as it was called by Rubens (as it was Galeazzo Alessi to import in Genua a new architectural model, made of a square-based building with a simplification and rationalisation of the spaces, without an internal courtyard but with a wide living room in the centre, that had become an important part in the landscape.
