Attic of an elegant building overlooking the center of Corso Mazzini, famous for being the location of one of the first hotel-restaurants in Spoleto: the "Grand Hotel Tordelli." A luxury hotel, with underfloor heating, with the residual apparatus of the Roman baths, intended to host the nobles and their entourage. The Tordellis were administrators of the Papal State, art collectors and, indeed, hoteliers. It is one of the 4 roof terraces in the city, the only one with a lift, with windows on all sides with a view of Spoleto. It consists of a living area with foldaway bed, kitchenette, dressing room with wardrobe and bathroom with shower.

Location

The location is central: very close to Piazza del Mercato, with shops and public offices a stone's throw away and with a wide range of restaurants, bars and places to eat or have an aperitif in complete relaxation. Near about 150 meters we also have access to the covered mechanized path with treadmill that connects the historic center with the Posterna car parking. Spoleto is one of the most loved and well-known cities in Umbria, appreciated internationally for its historical and architectural beauties, for its territory and for the famous Festival dei Due Mondi which, for over 60 years, has been bringing top-level cultural events and artists to the city. From Spoleto it is also possible to visit the major historical centers of the region: Todi (44 km), Assisi (47 km) or Perugia (64 km).
